Charlie is a retired logger of 37 years who loves beer, his family and Whipsaw Brewing, the dream-turned-reality Ellensburg based brewery. If it hadn’t been for his love for home brewing and his wife Debbie’s approval, we wouldn’t have any of these fantastic, hand crafted beers today!
She considers Whipsaw Brewing as her second family and believes that family is everything, that’s why she strives to provide the best for Whipsaw in all aspects of the job. She loves the feeling of a day well spent, hates to get dirty and summer is her favorite season. Her biggest life goal is to be a wife, mother and finally a gramma.
Jason is our Brewer here at Whipsaw and he is the one behind all of our tasty beer! Jason is dedicated to making sure that our product is quality so you all can enjoy every sip of our beer. He is always putting in hard work and making sure that he is on top of it!
Karley is a recent graduate from CWU with a Business degree. She has applied her knowledge to help market Whipsaw as well as using her positivity to sell our beer around Washington State!
Pam works full time with Belsaas and Smith construction company, but you’ll see her slinging beers on the weekend or drinking her favorite Riggin Slinger Red at the bar with her husband Scott. She is a mom to one son, and is adjusting to and enjoying being an empty nester.
Tyler is a CWU student and is in the Brewer’s Program and has also served our Country! Tyler has a positive attitude and is excited to learn more here at Whipsaw!
Lexi is an online student here in Ellensburg and is getting her SECOND Masters! Lexi enjoys running, being with friends, and doing cold plunges. She loves to chat with our customers and get to know more about them!
Sam is one of Whipsaw’s very first customers and now has started working here! Sam brings such a positive atmosphere and we are so happy to have her behind the bar being such a light to our taproom!
Whipsaw Brewing
Whipsaw Brewing is rooted in the belief that good beer stems from great people. From the farmers and millworkers that supply our ingredients, to the friends that we swap stories with over a pint - We've found that the only thing that tastes as good as drinking our own cut, is sharing the rest.
